The professional is responsible for effectively implementing and administering programs, services, and activities for members, ensuring safety, quality, and the appearance of the branch. This includes planning daily and weekly activities, aiding in the development of new educational activities, coordinating quarterly events and national programs, and establishing communication links with various community stakeholders. The position also involves ensuring a productive work environment through participation in staff meetings, assisting with safety policies, maintaining Club appearance, and handling minor youth conflicts.
