Youth Development Professionals (YDP) facilitate fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities for youth and teens from diverse backgrounds. Using our three priority outcomes - academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles - as a guide, Youth Development Professionals run programs, offer support, and ensure that every Club Member has an Optimal Club Experience that sets them up for lifelong success. Successful YDPs have a passion for serving others and contributing to the well-being of the community at large. Youth Development Professionals have the ability to connect with young people and offer supportive relationships. They are team players willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that Club Members are safe, recognized, and given the opportunity to learn new skills. The Perks!
