About The Position
The Youth Development Coach at UCAN is responsible for facilitating and coordinating a youth-centered program that promotes academic support, social and emotional learning, and mentoring. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the coach will engage with youth to build skills, provide trauma-informed services, and ensure successful program participation through community outreach and collaboration with stakeholders.
