What You'll Do as a Therapist Provide direct and indirect clinical services to youth in a crisis stabilization setting Conduct intake assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and risk assessments Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment and discharge plans Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions Maintain a clinical caseload and complete required documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with families, multidisciplinary treatment teams, and community partners Participate in family-team meetings and permanency planning Coordinate with courts, state agencies, and outside providers to ensure continuity of care Support safe transitions to aftercare and community-based services Qualifications Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy. Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting). Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy. Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team. Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards. Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
