Woodward Academy, a Sequel Youth & Family Services Program, is a residential treatment facility for male and female youth who are adjudicated delinquent or “child in need of assistance” (CINA). Woodward Academy offers three highly structured programs aimed at redirecting delinquent, negative behaviors to positive, socially acceptable patterns through introducing students to a normative culture. Youth Counselors work with students every day and are a part of a team that are helping youth to make positive changes in their lives. Youth Counselors supervise students on their dorms and in the classrooms and participate in counseling on a daily basis. The hours are on the PM shift which is 3 pm to 11 pm.
