Requirements

21+ years of age
Valid Minnesota driver’s license
High school diploma or GED
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in providing structure and setting firm, positive limits
Responsible, mature, and self-motivated
Passionate about empowering at-risk youth
Ability to set healthy boundaries
Ability to communicate clearly
Ability to stay calm in tough moments
Ability to lead by example

Nice To Haves

Education in Human Services, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related fields
Relevant experience working with youth or in residential care settings
Heart, integrity, and a willingness to learn
