Youth Outreach Services is seeking a Youth Counselor to work within the CCBYS (Comprehensive Community-Based Youth Services) program. This role supports youth ages 11–17 and their families during times of crisis, with the goal of stabilizing youth within their homes and preventing involvement in the child welfare or juvenile justice systems. The Youth Counselor works directly with families to address behavioral concerns, reduce conflict, and provide community-based stabilization services. This position follows a rotating schedule based on program needs: 2–3 on-call shifts per week In-person response required for youth and family situations After successful completion of the probationary period, partial remote work may be available for documentation and administrative responsibilities
