About The Position

We are looking for coaches, personal trainers, physical education teachers, athletic trainers, fitness trainers or anyone who loves youth athletics and getting kids to move, learn and grow. KidStrong is a place where helping kids soar is what we love and what we do! Mindfully designed, KidStrong is a private child development training center focusing on Brain, Physical and Character Development for ages walking through 11 years old, offering a science-based curriculum that is parent focused and taught by professionals. KidStrong has been rapidly growing since 2016 and currently has multiple locations across the country, building more “stronger kids” every day! We will be opening 3+ safe, clean, and fun centers throughout Hampton Roads with a dynamic employee culture and amazing growth potential.

Requirements

• Experience working with kids ages walking to 11 years old in an athletic or coaching environment.
• High energy and a great attitude.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy / Physical Therapy.
• Experience in youth personal training.
• Experience as a physical education teacher, athletic trainer, gymnastics instructor, or in special education.

Responsibilities

• Run, crawl, cheer, high-five, laugh, smile and coach kids.
• Teach amazing classes developed by in-house child development experts and proven curriculum.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
