The advisor will identify outside resources, programs, and other services for customers as needed. Responsibilities include advising, monitoring, and tracking customer participation to maximize program functions and opportunities. The advisor will manage day-to-day relationships with customers, address concerns promptly, and document findings with case notes. Maintaining knowledge of various occupations and career paths is essential for effective placement and assessment of customers. The advisor will provide motivational support, identify training needs, facilitate job readiness activities, and document customer success stories. Administrative tasks include maintaining accurate records and correspondence, producing documents, and assisting in training other team members.
