Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Hold a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
• Possess a valid NC driver's license
• Able to pass required screenings and trainings
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary caregiver and mentor to youth during their stay
• Engaging youth in a variety of activities designed to support the assessment process
• Implementing individualized service plans with compassion and dedication
• Creating a positive, non-punitive environment that motivates and inspires youth
• Serving as a role model by demonstrating ethical, moral, and professional values
