About The Position

Requirements
- Age 21+ with High School diploma or GED
- Valid NC driver's license
- Ability to pass background checks and complete training
- Ready to work 12-hour night shifts
Responsibilities
- Be a steady, positive role model during overnight hours
- Engage youth in structured, goal-oriented activities
- Support individualized care and assessments
- Keep the environment calm, safe, and supportive
- Uphold strong values-ethical, moral, and professional
