Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services and related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily therapeutic programming that promotes independence.
• Teach and model healthy life skills, social skills, and coping skills.

• Maintain a safe, positive, and therapeutic environment using CARE practice model and TCI system.
• Learn each individual's trauma history and triggers to anticipate crises and use de-escalation techniques.
• Ensure resident safety, both physical and emotional, is the highest priority.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation.
