About The Position
The Youth Care Worker I position at Truecore Behavioral Solutions is responsible for providing safety and security to the facility through proper supervision of youth. The role involves enforcing the facility's behavior management system consistently and fairly, participating as a member of the treatment team, and assisting youth in achieving their performance goals. The worker must support the physical, emotional, educational, and social development of juveniles in a non-threatening environment and be prepared to respond to emergencies as needed.
