About The Position

Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor, the Youth Care Advocate is
responsible and accountable for monitoring residents and for maintaining a safe
and secure environment for both staff and residents. He/she will reflect and
display the character development core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and
Responsibility.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School education; related work experience.
• Possess the ability to meet the program's physical needs, including restraining juveniles up to approximately 200 pounds.
