About The Position

The Youth Camp Counselor position at the Community College of Baltimore County is a part-time role focused on assisting camp personnel during summer camp activities. The counselor will engage with campers, support instructors, and ensure adherence to camp rules and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be sixteen (16) years of age or older OR successfully completed 10th grade at the start of employment.
• Candidates are required to successfully pass a background investigation, including fingerprint and criminal history evaluation.
• Experience working in a camp setting or school-based group activity outside of the classroom is a plus.
