About The Position
New York Empire Baseball is seeking to expand its esteemed coaching staff with the addition of a Youth Baseball Coach / Instructor. This role is pivotal within our organization, as it involves not only the instruction of young athletes but also the embodiment of our unique coaching philosophy. Coaches and Instructors will begin by immersing themselves in our specific methods and models, which may differ from traditional coaching techniques. The primary responsibilities include informing, instructing, inspiring, preparing, and motivating our young players both on the field and within our state-of-the-art indoor facility, The Arena. As a Coach and Instructor, you will be at the forefront of sports instruction, utilizing cutting-edge science and technology to enhance the training experience. Our organization prides itself on fostering a culture that emphasizes training, preparation, motivation, and inspiration for young ballplayers.
