About The Position
The Youth Aide position within the Landscape & Learning Program is a part-time, seasonal role aimed at providing workforce development opportunities for youth aged 14-17 in Sacramento. The program focuses on equipping participants with essential employment and leadership skills while engaging them in outdoor maintenance tasks in city parks. Youth Aides will work under the supervision of adult personnel, performing various park maintenance duties and participating in technical training sessions.
