About the Role Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Location: Springwood/Logan Hours: Flexible, some weekends and after hours may be required Life Without Barriers is proud to deliver the Staying on Track program, part of the Queensland Government’s Making Queensland Safe plan. Staying on Track supports young people aged 10–17, leaving detention to successfully return to their families and communities. The program provides intensive, tailored support focussed on reducing re-offending and building positive pathways through education, training, employment, cultural and community connections. As a Youth Advocate, you will provide mentoring, coaching, and outreach to young people and their families, develop and implement Individual Support Plans, attend key appointments, advocate for clients, support positive choices, help reduce offending, and build independence and resilience.
