Your Role: As a YoungStar Coach, you are responsible for providing key aspects of a professional development approach by supporting providers through a cohort-based and/or individual coaching and consultation program. The Coach provides differentiated and equitable support, both in-person and virtually, to programs who are seeking to improve quality and make progress towards their goals. You will coordinate closely with other staff, monitor reports and trends coming from various data systems to ensure that support is well-targeted and effective. The Coach will provide quality support services to all program types, both enrolled and not enrolled in Wisconsin’s YoungStar program, as required by the State. This position is a remote position that works out of a home office and will serve in the Southeastern region of Wisconsin providing both in-person and virtual coaching and facilitation services to the following counties: Waukesha, Kenosha, Racine, and Milwaukee.
