About The Position

As a Toddler Teacher at Primrose of Huntersville, you will create a fun, safe environment for young children who are constantly on the move. Through a daily schedule of purposeful play, you will help lay the foundation for the school setting as children navigate a classroom environment, build their motor skills, and grow their vocabulary. Primrose School of Huntersville provides all the necessary tools and training for success, utilizing a research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum with clear daily plans. Classrooms are fully stocked, and a supportive Leadership Team ensures a safe, healthy environment where all children and team members can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child
- Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum
- Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence
