Have you mastered adulting and want to help others learn valuable life skills? As a Transition Specialist (also called Youth Mentor, Life Coach, Direct Support Professional) , you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support emerging adults (ages 17.5 – 21) in their journey towards improved mental health and well-being. Every day you will participate and guide young adults in experiential therapies like art, music, yoga, hiking, fitness, and a variety of other on and off campus activities, including taking them out into the community to do volunteering, job interview, community college visits and the like.
