About The Position

BRMi is seeking a YouTube SEO Specialist to optimize our existing video content for better visibility, engagement, and overall ranking in search. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithms, analytics, keyword research, trends, and best practices to optimize video content and channel performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of YouTube's algorithms, analytics, keyword research, trends, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Working through existing videos on Navy Federal's YouTube channel in a priority order that will be provided.
• Analyze target keywords, optimize metadata, create engaging thumbnails, monitor analytics to ensure videos are easily discoverable and attract viewers.
• Provide recommendations for future content.
• Identify relevant keywords and phrases that users are searching for on Google and YouTube for all existing videos on Navy Federal's YouTube.
• Optimize existing YouTube channel content, including titles, descriptions, tags, and video content, to target specific keywords.
• Track and analyze key metrics, such as search rankings, traffic, and engagement, to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop YouTube SEO best practices guidelines based on optimization efforts and learnings.
• Develop engaging and informative thumbnails for existing YouTube channel videos that attract users and satisfy search engine algorithms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
