About The Position

rabbittransit's mission is to provide transportation for the community, helping people gain mobility. The job of a rabbittransit operator is essential, involving the safe and courteous transport of passengers along predetermined routes. Operators are crucial in connecting people to places they need to go.

Requirements

• Already have CDL Class A or B WITH Passenger Endorsement ("P" Endorsement)
• Air Brake Restriction Lifted (No "L", No "Z" and No "N" Restrictions on CDL)
• Open availability to work during ANY of our operating hours, Sat & Sun 4:30 AM - 11:30 PM -AND- Mon thru Fri 4:30 AM -12:15 AM

Responsibilities

• Safely and courteously transport passengers along predetermined routes
• Complete inspections
• Maintain accurate records
• Assist passengers with wheelchairs and other mobility devices
• Receive and account for fares
• Use radio communications
• Follow emergency procedures
• Complete other activities assigned by the Operations Supervisor/ Site Manager
