About The Position

As the Yolan General Manager, you run the day-to-day operations of the hotel restaurant, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and a strong foundation for your team. You oversee everything from inventory and scheduling to vendor relations and cost control, all while setting a high bar for service and hospitality. You’re not just in the back office managing numbers—you’re on the floor, supporting your staff, jumping in where needed, and setting the pace. You lead through coaching, with regular feedback, training, and team development as part of your daily rhythm. You work closely with the kitchen, bar, and hotel leadership to ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments. From building relationships with VIPs to keeping financial performance on track, you make sure the restaurant not only runs well—but stands out. The Joseph Nashville, a Luxury Collection Hotel re-imagines the hotel experience. Requirements

  • Decisive, dynamic, and deeply passionate about food and hospitality
  • At least seven years of food and beverage management experience
  • Experience in high-end hotel restaurants or acclaimed culinary settings preferred
  • Experience leading teams with confidence and vision
  • Experience in fast-paced, detail-driven environments
  • Hands-on, dependable, and calm under pressure
  • Take pride in developing people, solving problems, and building a workplace culture grounded in respect and accountability
  • Know how to balance hospitality with business—keeping a close eye on costs, service quality, and the guest experience
