About The Position

Responsibilities

• Receive all product inquiries, complaints, and suspected adverse events related to BIVI products.
• Communicate with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, consumers, and sales personnel primarily via telephone, email, and mail.
• Provide information on proper product use, adverse events, and product defects.
• Maintain technical and clinical expertise related to BIVI products through continuous learning.
• Document all communications in the BIVI Validated Database (PVWorks) according to compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely communication and adherence to BIVI SOPs, escalating issues to Technical Services Veterinarians as necessary.
• Support sales representatives by providing technical support and attending veterinary conferences.
• Research topics and prepare reports as requested by management.
• Participate in call analysis and report trends or issues regarding product usage.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
