As a clinical professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation. We are looking for a Yoga Therapist who will provide 2-4 hours per week of movement therapy to individuals or groups regarding psychological or emotional problems such as stress, eating disorders, or family situations and develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans. This will be a PRN (as-need) position in our eating disorder treatment center. You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

Requirements

  • Registered Yoga Teacher- Required
  • Knowledge of trauma informed care principles

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree- preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create individualized treatment plan with specific and measurable goals.
  • Provide comprehensive and ongoing assessment resulting in appropriate treatment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of practice of clinical interviewing/ counseling skills
  • Provide case management for each assigned case, demonstrating ability to facilitate and/ or ensure the while of patient care
  • Facilitate groups with expertise, demonstrating ability to engage, set limits and monitor the group process
  • Be creative in therapeutic interventions to include homework assignments and community resources
  • Lead weekly staff meetings conveying pertinent clinical information and formulating goals for the following week
  • Have ongoing attention to discharge plan, evidenced by development of aftercare plan, transition sessions without- patient treatment providers and patients’ knowledge of available resources
