About The Position

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Yoga/Pilates instructors to join our StretchLab Metairie team. The ideal candidate will have a love for boutique fitness and a passion for helping people move better and feel better throughout their day. This role focuses on building relationships with clients and delivering best-in-class client care in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Love of boutique fitness environment
• Degree/License/Certification and experience working in a fitness/health environment
• Ability to create a positive, welcoming environment for clients
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented, coachable, and a strong desire for growth
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
• Availability to complete the Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person training

Nice To Haves

• Background in Exercise Science/Kinesiology
• Experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates/Yoga Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Educate clients on stretching techniques & mobility
• Create customized stretching experiences for clients
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and client care
• Maximize client utilization of sessions/membership by booking follow-up appointments and renewing memberships
• Ensure safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Clean and maintain all equipment for client use
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
• Attend offsite pop-up events throughout the community
• Participate in organic content creation for social media
