About The Position
The Yoga Boutique Manager is a charismatic leader who is great at getting people to try yoga. They have the ability to recruit, cast, coach and retain talented teachers. They love LifePower Yoga, curating experiences that make members and LifePower Yoga teachers exclusively want to practice and teach at Life Time. The Yoga Boutique Leader supports the member experience by teaching a minimum of 4 signature yoga classes per week. Yoga Programming by leading a minimum of 1, yoga 1:1 session per month and 1 yoga workshop per quarter. The Yoga Boutique Leader is responsible for supporting Yoga Teacher Training in both facilitating 40-90 hours of the program and supporting the other YTT faculty, providing the best place and marketing support to drive successful LifePower Yoga Teacher Training.
