About The Position

Equinox's location in Carlsbad is currently seeking Yoga Instructors. The position entails delivering the Equinox Experience to our members in each class, adhering to the description of the class and modifying the intensity for participants when necessary. Instructors are expected to ensure that classes begin and end on time, teach respective classes on a regular basis while keeping subbing to a minimum, and communicate with the Group Fitness Manager regarding member feedback, equipment status, scheduling, and subbing. This is not a complete description, and certain responsibilities may additionally be presented along the course of employment.

Requirements

• Must possess a current Yoga Certification or a degree in a related field
• Have experience teaching
• Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification
• Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education
• Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing
