This position involves instructing safe and effective exercise classes while maintaining all mandatory education certifications. The instructor will follow all policies, procedures, and standards set by the organization and demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand, modeling behavior in accordance with the Crunch mission statement. The role also includes facilitating member requests and maintaining a professional disposition at all times. The instructor will report to the Regional Group Fitness Coordinator and may be required to attend monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training meetings.
