About The Position
The Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club, an award-winning establishment recognized with a Forbes 4-Star and AAA 5-Diamond rating, is seeking a dedicated Yoga Instructor to join our team. Nestled in the picturesque coastal town of Dana Point, California, the resort is renowned for its stunning views and vibrant lifestyle, making it an ideal location for both relaxation and recreation. The resort spans 175 acres atop a 150-foot seaside bluff, featuring over 400 luxurious rooms, extensive meeting spaces, and a variety of dining options including four restaurants, a beach club, and a marketplace. As a Yoga Instructor, your primary responsibility will be to teach and facilitate fitness classes for our members and guests, ensuring an exceptional level of service and guest satisfaction. You will be tasked with providing individual and group exercise instruction, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and staying updated on the latest exercise techniques and trends. Your role will also involve greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and performing general club duties as needed. This position requires flexibility, as you will be expected to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
