Requirements

Experience with payroll review and approval

Education: Certified yoga teacher with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
Years of Experience: 2 years of management or leadership experience

200-hour Yoga Certification
Certified in all LIFEPOWER YOGA Signature Classes

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented yoga teachers, fostering a culture of high-quality instruction and exceptional service, while cultivating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that empowers members to explore and deepen their yoga practice.
Lead by example, teaching a minimum of 4 signature yoga classes per week that embody the LIFEPOWER YOGA ethos and ignite passion and inspire your team through your expertise
Elevate the member experience by managing weekly 1:1 yoga sessions alongside engaging monthly workshops, fostering deeper connections and exploration of the yoga practice.
Collaborate with other Yoga Teacher Training faculty to create a supportive and empowering learning environment that nurtures the growth and development of aspiring yoga teachers.
Empower your teachers through regular discussions about the member experience, while guiding them towards professional development through revenue-generating programs and YTT opportunities.
Manages a budget and drives participation to meet or exceed expectations.
