The Member Services Team Leader delivers excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants. Responds to member and guest needs, promotes memberships and programs, monitors cleanliness and safety of the facility. Supervises the facility and enforces guidelines among members, guests, program participants and staff. Assists with staff training and leads by example for the Member Services team. Dawn Korynta, Member Services Team Leader said, "I love working at the YMCA! It gives me the opportunity to meet a lot of people, usually in great moods, as well as spend time with my youngest grandson. This is quickly becoming an excellent fit for my senior years."
