Pay Rate: $16.95 per hour Shift Hours: 9:30AM - 6PM + OT (Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolong period of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor.
- Good overall work, safety, and attendance record
- Must have good interpersonal skills and work well with others.
- Good mathematical skills

Responsibilities
- Responsible for evaluating and documenting process results for Yield In the evisceration and packaging departments
- Responsible for communicating results to appropriate personnel when yield standards are not met.
- Responsible for participation in weekly yield meetings and Correlating with production group on downgrade product
- In comparison to USDA Grading standards
