About The Position

As a Strategic Marketing Partnerships and Promotions Intern at Yellow Shoes, part of the Global Marketing Center of Excellence for Disney Experiences, you will play a vital role in creating compelling and memorable marketing programs for one of the most recognized brands in the world. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various teams across Disney Experiences, including Parks Brand Strategy, Customer Engagement, Public Relations, and more. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing collaborative marketing tactics with external media and partners, which may involve live broadcasts, media promotions, and national programs. In this role, you will partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure that promotional activities align with the strategic objectives of Disney Experiences, particularly for Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line. You will be involved in analyzing project results, tracking progress, and creating detailed recaps for management. Additionally, you will assist in the creative development of marketing projects, working alongside creative agencies and ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained for promotions. Your internship will also include coordinating media events and logistics, supporting sponsorship executions for local sports teams, and conducting industry research to identify best practices in partnership marketing. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the Disney brand, as you will be expected to stay updated on marketing trends and contribute to team discussions.
