Lead financial modeling, valuation analyses, and transaction scenario planning.
Manage the preparation of confidential information memoranda (CIMs), buyer lists, and presentations.
Oversee analysts’ work, ensuring accuracy and clarity in deliverables.
Coordinate due diligence processes with clients, buyers, and advisors.
Assist in negotiations by providing financial insights and transaction structures.
Build relationships with clients and support business development activities.
Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience.
Advanced proficiency in corporate finance, investment banking practices, and valuation.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Effective client-facing communication and presentation skills.
Ability to synthesize financial and market data into actionable recommendations.
Series 79 and 63 licenses.
