About The Position

Varsity Yearbook is seeking a Territory Sales Representative. A Yearbook Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in assisting schools with the creation and distribution of their yearbooks. This position combines sales expertise with a passion for education and design, offering a dynamic and rewarding career path.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Relevant and proven consultative sales experience in K-12 education or B2B industries.
• Demonstrated personal accountability for your own success and development as a salesperson.
• Demonstrated success developing new business and maintaining customer relationships through great customer experiences.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with emphasis on yearbook creation/production tools.
• Great communication skills to effectively interact with all stakeholders throughout the K-12 leadership chain.

Responsibilities

• Gain market share through adding new customers and account development.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and work effectively with school administrations, organizations and their advisors, teachers, and students.
• Responsibly steward the given expense budgets for your geography.
• Represent the Varsity Yearbook brand and shared values of accountability to customers, with unwavering integrity, responsibility, and respect for those we serve.
