About The Position

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is looking for a year-round Finance Intern for its location in Madison, Mississippi. The intern will support the Controller in multi-purpose roles within the Finance Department, contributing to the development of sustainable mobility technologies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• 2 years of Finance/Accounting courses.
• Proficient level in English.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support the Controller in multi-purpose roles with the Finance Department.
• Track and analyze direct labor.
• Track and analyze freight and manufacturing costs.
• Track and analyze sales and price changes.
• Prepare and distribute certain month-end reports for Management.
• Update daily and weekly KPIs (Sales, scrap, FTE flexed, OT analysis, Non-quality costs).
• Track supplier debits with Quality, PC&L, and Purchasing.
• Update raw material files and costing (rough cut, retro files, new material costing).
• Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations.
• Ensure respect for the environment and secure internal control of the plant.
• Commit to the highest ethical standards and promote Faurecia’s code of ethics.
• Support and follow Being Faurecia values and convictions.
• Follow internal financial KPIs.
• Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company.
