About The Position

Maintains all yard work, lawn mowing, trimming, trash pickup, underground sprinkler system, and snow removal. Maintains ramps, sweeps and trash pickups. Small engine repairs.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Knowledge to run small equipment, lawn mower, snow blower, small sweeper and trimming equipment.
• All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of an occupational health assessment, drug screen, background investigation, and compliance with the U.S. Government Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
