About The Position
The Yardi Applications Specialist is responsible for providing end-user and customer support for Yardi Voyager Plus and RENT Café products across various properties. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to RENT Café CRM, Orion BI, Concierge, and RENT Café Site Manager. The specialist will work closely with corporate and property teams to enhance efficiency and performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
