About The Position

EMR USA is looking for a hardworking and reliable Yard Worker to support the daily operations of our recycling yard. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment, and can work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Ability to use hand tools such as snip cutters, brooms, and shovels
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and on a team
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs frequently
• Comfortable working overhead, climbing ladders, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operating experience a plus
• Mechanical experience a plus
• Previous forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the yard
• Clean and prepare work areas by removing debris and hazards
• Assist with equipment maintenance and upkeep
• Clean barges and various equipment
• Follow all operating procedures and safety protocols
• Support daily yard operations and complete additional tasks as assigned
