Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Yard/Warehouse/Forklift Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks in our warehouse and yard, including operating forklifts, handling inventory, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid drivers license needed.
Previous experience in a warehouse or yard environment is a plus.
Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets.
Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse and yard.
Assist in picking and packing orders for shipment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and yard.
