About The Position

Comply with written plant policies. Maintain the highest possible level of personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with plant GMP policies. Avoid any accident damaging animals, property or persons Must have excellent attendance, a great attitude, able to work well with a team Report ALL accidents and near misses to the supervisor. Must follow all safety rules including but not limited to no electronic devices such as phones, earpieces or headphones used in the truck. Willing to cross train to use the forklift, dumper and hang lived birds if asked. Identify and report any suspicious or abnormal situations to their immediate supervisor or plant management official Physical Demands Sitting, standing, (un) binding, climbing in and out of the truck as needed Unlatching chicken crate binders Ability to judge distance (depth perception) and see area behind and in front of truck and trailers Gripping hand controls or steering devices throughout and 8-hour workday.
