About The Position
Yard Technicians for Fessler & Bowman will perform a variety of tasks that aid both our office and field teams. This position is a valuable part of our Yard Department and will collaborate with Yard Team Members to successfully complete tasks. To perform this position sufficiently, the employee must be able to perform the following duties satisfactorily. The below descriptions represent, but do not limit, the duties expected of this position. Five Key Roles of the Yard Technician: Landscape maintenance of building areas General maintenance and upkeep of office Staging, organizing, and cleaning up work sites Load and unload equipment from trucks and haulers Transport materials as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Nice To Haves
- Prior warehouse and landscaping experience preferred
- Experience with power tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Clear work areas
- Work with Yard personnel on projects and tasks
- Ensure smooth communication with both field and office staff
- Other relevant tasks as assigned
