About The Position

EquipmentShare is seeking a Yard Technician for their rental facility in South Fort Worth, TX. Yard Technicians are crucial for maintaining the storage yard, assisting with equipment maintenance, and performing daily tasks at the rental facility. The role involves contributing to the company's mission of empowering contractors and communities.

Requirements

Safety training required
PPE required when applicable
Valid driver’s license
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old to be in EquipmentShare yard
Ability to pass a 10 panel drug screen (contingent on offer)
Ability to pass a background check (contingent on employment)

Responsibilities

Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage
Document incoming and outgoing equipment
Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance and equipment cleaning
Demonstrate, load and unload equipment
Maintain equipment inventory systems according to standard operating procedures
Serve as responsible for general yard and shop cleanup in accordance with company standards
Maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace
Serve as an advocate for EquipmentShare’s culture and uphold our high standards of customer experience
Assist with various other duties as assigned by the General Manager
