Requirements

Must possess excellent customer service skills
Requires the ability to stand and move for extended periods throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to understand, follow, and complete written and verbal instructions.
Maintain a cooperative relationship with co-workers
Must be able to maintain a high degree of patience
Must maintain a professional appearance
Must be able to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) to safely perform job duties and assist customers.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
Must have a valid driver’s license (21 years of age or over for driving positions)

Nice To Haves

Bilingual ability is a plus.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Work every day to create a safer environment for customers and coworkers by making safety a number one priority.
Attend safety training when requested and be aware of all situations, even when it does not directly affect you.
Exceed customer expectations and make every step of the customer’s rental experience easy and enjoyable.
Understand and be willing to continually learn about rental equipment in order to recommend the correct equipment and assist customers.
Complete monthly online training to advance knowledge of equipment and safety.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Clean, service, and check fluid levels and perform minor repairs on equipment.
Demonstrate, load and unload equipment
Greet customers promptly as they arrive at the store, resolve customer problems, fill propane tanks.
Communicate efficiently about equipment to counter staff and mechanics.
Keep lot organized and display equipment for professional appearance.
Perform other duties as requested
