Requirements
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Reliable attendance and safe work habits
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Walk, bend, climb, reach, and work on your feet during your shift
Nice To Haves
- Experience around heavy equipment is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Work safely in the yard around equipment and teammates
- Build and prepare finished products for shipping
- Move and store precast products in the yard
- Use proper dunnage and follow safety procedures
