About The Position
The Yard Switcher operates a switcher truck to efficiently move tractor trailers around the distribution center yard. This role involves backing up trailers to loading docks, performing safety checks, and assisting dock workers with loading and unloading inventory. The position requires a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a hazardous materials endorsement and entails continuous monitoring of Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs).
