About The Position

Yard Supervisor Location: Salt Lake City, UT with additional oversight of yards in Ogden, Spanish Fork and Farr West Hourly Pay: $29.50 – $32.45 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Full-Time (OT & some weekends required) Lead With Purpose At Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, we’re more than a portable sanitation and site services company—we’re a team of more than 700 employees across seven states who take pride in doing tough jobs well. Why This Role Matters The Yard Supervisor leads daily operations in the Honey Bucket yard, ensuring our units are cleaned, repaired, and ready for service. This role sets the pace for the yard team—driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and keeping the operation organized and efficient.

Requirements

  • Leadership ability and a willingness to step up and lead by example
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred, but strong leadership skills are essential
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor vehicle or equipment issues (lights, brakes, basic repairs)
  • Experience working with tools and equipment
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily yard operations, including the cleaning, repair, and maintenance of Honey Bucket units
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the yard team to maintain high productivity and quality standards
  • Monitor inventory and supplies to keep operations running smoothly
  • Set clear expectations and provide coaching for continuous improvement
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Occasionally assist with routes, pick-ups, or deliveries when needed
