Yard Spotter / Forklift Operator
About The Position
Join the logistics and production support team at Premium Waters as a Yard Spotter/Forklift Operator. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently moving trailers, pallets, and materials throughout dock, yard, and warehouse operations. We are looking for a dependable team member who values safety, reliability, and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates strong attention to safety, works well in a team setting, and can operate industrial equipment with efficiency and care. This position supports shipping, receiving, and material staging activities to help maintain continuous plant operations.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Candidates should have basic reading, writing, and math skills
- demonstrate strong safety awareness
- be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

- Computer experience is required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous forklifts, yard truck, warehouse, or manufacturing logistics experience is preferred.
- Forklift certification is preferred or must be obtained within the company-designated timeframe.
- Training may be provided for candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic and reliability.
- CDL
- Minimum of two years work-related experience or training preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.

Responsibilities
- Operate yard tractor and forklift equipment safely to move trailers, finished products, and raw materials between staging, production, dock, and warehouse areas.
- Perform routine equipment safety inspections and report mechanical or safety concerns.
- Support shipping and receiving workflows across shifts while maintaining clean, organized workspaces and following all safety and quality procedures.
